New Product Feature: Bulk Accept or Reject Purchase Orders
Leverage is excited to announce a new update to streamline the management of purchase orders that need review. This feature allows buyers to bulk accept or reject multiple purchase orders or line items across multiple POs, cutting down hundreds of hours spent reviewing individual requests. It is designed to make buying teams faster and more efficient when reviewing and approving changes made by suppliers.
Who Benefits from this Update?
- Buyers managing multiple purchase orders: You can now mass-accept changes made to orders, saving time and reducing the effort required to manage each order individually.
- Buyers focusing on line items across multiple purchase orders: For those who need to accept changes to specific line items across multiple purchase orders, this feature simplifies the task.
- Supply chain teams with high volume orders: The ability to accept or reject orders in bulk can significantly speed up the process, making it easier to manage large-scale operations.
How Does this Feature Work?
The bulk accept/reject feature is intuitive and user-friendly. Here's a brief overview of how it works:
- Review purchase orders within the needs review page.
- Select the purchase orders you’d like to accept in bulk on the left-hand side.
a) For each purchase order you select, you will see all of those PO lines for POs now listed on the same page. Additionally, you can select individual line items to dynamically accept certain PO lines only. - Review the selected line items, and Leverage will total the amount associated with the selected purchase orders.
- Click accept or reject.
This new feature is part of our ongoing commitment to improving user experience and operational efficiency on the Leverage platform. We believe it will significantly aid in the streamlining of purchase order management, especially for those dealing with high volumes of orders.
